This is the Yang style (16 postures) which I normally continue from the 10-postures sequence.

Taiji - 10 postures

I also practise Taiji regularly.  It is relaxing and therapeutic if done correctly.

I practised the Yang style and the video below shows one of the simplest you can fine.

I am posting my second song.  It is inspired by me being with the Society of St Vincent de Paul for 25 years.  You can do a search on the Internet to find out what the society does.  But it brief, we are the social arm of the Catholic church helping the less fortunate.  Through the helping process, I hope we can give hope and not just material help.

The song sounds catchy to me and is rather upbeat.  You see, we must be happy helping.

This is the first song I wrote.  It is about friendship and how it affects our lives.  Though we each must ultimately journey alone, our lives are affected by the experiences we had and shared as friends.
